The CAN60 features a six-output configuration with a 14-pin connector, designed using the traditional Bobcat 14-pin layout. This permits compatibility with attachments from Takeuchi, Gehl, Kubota, Mustang, Case, and New Holland, supporting up to six control plugs with K pin power.

  • Software compatibility with all Bobcat machines, including Pilot Control, Hand/Foot Control, Toolcat, Versahandler, and imported Bobcat machines from the Czech Republic.
  • Durable molded plastic housing with enhanced cable retention—no more resin!
  • Cable retention design allows connectors to detach first during accidents, facilitating easier repairs.
  • Equipped with two 125-pound magnets for secure attachment to your machine's frame in various locations.
  • Improved temperature tolerance for both high and low extremes.
  • 9 Amp output per channel, regulated to a maximum of 15 amps to protect your machine’s fuse.
  • Two channels can be programmed to latch (C/D or A1/A2).

Technical Information

Installation:
The installation process takes approximately one minute and is 100% plug-and-play. This boom-mount configuration enables repeated use across any attachment with up to six solenoids. The adapter is fully assembled and ready for direct connection to any Bobcat® branded machine. It includes power, communication features, and a port status indicator LED to confirm operational status and command reception from the Bobcat® machine.

Upgrade from the inferior control boxes supplied by manufacturers and transition to reliable machine controls!

Important Note for Cat D-Series Attachments:
To adapt, reposition pins G to A and H to J. For high-flow setups, be sure to push the K pin back to disconnect the high-flow sense. This pin serves as a ground in Cat attachments but carries +12 volts in Bobcat machines, which could blow your fuse if connected incorrectly.

Important Note: The Bobcat 2020+ Versahandler 923 is NOT compatible with this model because it does not feature an ACD controller.

Programming Instructions:

Channels C and D are pre-configured as momentary controls. If you would like them to function as locking switches, each channel can be individually programmed to latch.

To program:

  1. Turn off the key.
  2. Select either A1 or A2.
  3. Press and hold the selected button while turning on the machine.
  4. Continue holding the button for 5 seconds until the LEDs flash.

Your channels are now programmed and ready for use.

Product Outputs:

  • A1/A2 (Pins C/D): Configurable to latch; one or both can be set while the others remain momentary.
  • B1/B2 (Pins E/F): Designed for momentary operation only.
  • C1/C2 (Pins G/H): Designed for momentary operation only.
  • B (Ground & K): Provides a constant output.

Operational Limitations:
Due to fuse and circuit constraints, only two outputs can operate simultaneously. Attempting to set three outputs to latch will reset the circuit and require reprogramming of the adapter. This adapter ships with all outputs configured for momentary operation by default.
