Returns

25% Restocking Charge Now In Effect!  Window shoppers are killing this business.  Please read the descriptions carefully and ask questions through our online form to be sure.  Don't just buy it because it's shiny.

 

Returns cost a lot.  That is why we do everything in our power to make sure you order the correct product the first time.  We put everything in writing with hyper links for you to click on so it takes you straight through to the correct item.

However, we are all human and sometimes make mistakes.  So if we made the mistake, we will eat the costs of shipping and returns as well as the costs that we pay our fulfillment company.  If you make the mistake, the onus is on you to return the product to us in resalable condition and we will refund you for the cost of the item minus shipping and a 25% restocking fee.  What does this fee cover?  It pays for the credit card company fees to process your order and process your refund.  It pays for the fulfillment companies time that they charge us directly. It pays for us to re-pack, inspect and test the item as we cannot just pass it on to the next customer.

To keep this fee to a minimum, we ask that you send the item back to us directly so we do not have to pay them for another processing fee.

All returns must be within 7 days after receipt of item and it must be in new, unused condition.  If you installed it, used it and decide to return it, YOU OWN IT

If you bought it, then months later sold your machine so you don't need it, that's your problem.  Not ours.  If you return it, we will send it back to you.  Yes, this actually happened.  We are constantly improving everything so we ended up taking back old harnesses that were not even current any longer so we had to stop this altogether. If you bought it from a dealer, you must return it to them under their terms.  Do not send it to us and expect us to credit you for their sale.  COD's are not accepted.

It the product is in resalable condition we will issue you the original amount paid to us minus shipping and 25% for our time to restock the item.
