If we mess up: We’ll cover shipping and return costs.
If you mess up: You return the product in resalable condition, and we’ll refund you the item price minus shipping and a 25% restocking fee. This fee helps cover credit card processing charges, fulfillment costs, and our time to inspect and repackage the item.
To keep this fee low, send the item back to us directly instead of going through a third party.

2: Purchase a new product from our web site after you have spoken to us. When your new item arrives, pack up your defective product and return it to us and we will give you a credit on your card for the full price of the product after we conclude that it is defective.
3: Return your product for testing and if it is defective, we will send you a replacement that we bench test just ot be sure.
