Important: 25% Restocking Fee in Effect

Read Carefully—window shoppers are hurting our business. Before you buy, read the item descriptions carefully and ask any questions through our online form. Don’t just buy something because it looks nice, confirm it is the right solution for your application first. Watch any applicable videos that we have provided!

Returns Are Costly

We work hard to ensure you get the right product the first time, and we provide all the details and hyperlinks to help you do that.

But mistakes happen. Here’s the deal:

  • If we mess up: We’ll cover shipping and return costs.

  • If you mess up: You return the product in resalable condition, and we’ll refund you the item price minus shipping and a 25% restocking fee. This fee helps cover credit card processing charges, fulfillment costs, and our time to inspect and repackage the item.

To keep this fee low, send the item back to us directly instead of going through a third party.

Our Return Policy:

  • All returns must be started within 7 days of receipt and in new, unused condition.
  • If you’ve used or installed the item, it’s yours.
  • If you bought it and later decided you don’t need it—tough luck. We won’t take it back if you sold your machine. We’ve had too many cases like this, so don’t expect us to accept a return in that situation or others where you just don't need the product anylonger. If you purchased from a dealer, you must handle your return(s) with them; do not send anything to us.

    *We will not accept any return without a valid RMA.

For Valid Returns:

  1. Email us at skidsteergeniussales@gmail.com with your return reason and photos of the item.
  2. We’ll give you an RMA number and the return address.
  3. If it’s in resalable condition, we’ll issue a refund minus shipping and the 25% restocking fee.

We truly want to do everything that we can to avoid the cost of returns for us, and you. Thanks for your understanding.

Warranty:  We make it simple and straightforward.  1 Year warranty and we will bend over backwards to get you up and going fast if you are willing to help us help you.

We want you to succeed and we know that many of you depend on your machines to earn a living.  You should not be down simply because of a failure in one of our products.  To speed things up, we have implemented the following procedures to get you back and running as soon as possible.

1:  Contact us with a video ready to show us the issues.  If we can certain from your video that the product has failed, we will send you a replacement immediatel

If you are not willing to or cannot make a video, then #2 or #3 are ideal for you.

2:  Purchase a new product from our web site after you have spoken to us.  When your new item arrives, pack up your defective product and return it to us and we will give you a credit on your card for the full price of the product after we conclude that it is defective.

3:  Return your product for testing and if it is defective, we will send you a replacement that we bench test just ot be sure.

We feel that we have the easiest warranty replacement system in the business.  We want you to be successful and to be a long term customer.  Many of our customers we have known for up to 30 years.
