I have a takeuchi tl8r2 2020 high flow i would like to have a adapter that i can use a caterpillar cold planer do you have any that would work

This is a problem.  Takeuchi usually only provides 5 controls and your cold planer requires 6 controls.  Does the machine have a G/H switch down by your left thigh?  If it's a new planer, how many connections do you see in the connector?  It could be a SMART attachment that uses CAN tech.  If so, all bets are off and you should return it.

Good Morning, I have a Bobcat 2012 model s650. I just purchased a Caterpillar snowblower for this Bobcat. I didn't know at the time of purchase that Bobcat has a different electrical hook-up that you can't run competitions equipment without a lot of redoing and grief My Caterpillar snowblower is model SR118 and is a 2018 model year. Read the following carefully or you will blow your fuse and eventually our controller.

You must verify that there is no pin in the K postion of the attachment.  It is used for high flow sense and is a ground connection.  On Bobcat it is a +12 volt power connection.  You will blow your fuse everytime you plug the attachment into the controller.  One guy did 6 fuses in a row until he finally blew up our controller.

Your S650 may have hand/foot controls in which case pins C & D may not fire when you move the left hand toggle left and right.  If that is the case, you will need to move C to G and D to H on your attachment.

Yes.  They use the old Bobcat pin out.  Says it in the notes.

Hi I need a plug to fit a case skid loader 175 b to a ciment bucket attachment which only use earth and live wires. Can you help me which one is good pls.

What brand of concrete bucket is it?  If it is the Chinese import buckets from RB Auctions, here is the kit.  I am guessing because I seem to answer 3 - 4 of these enquiries per day as they are being dumped in auctions by the hundreds these days.  Its actually kind of sad to see as they don't last very long and there are no parts available.

That is currently not possible.  It is on my list, but it's about a year out and will be expensive.  You need to use a harness.

Well, we use 4 out of 6 wires because the 8 pin only allows it.  You are best to chop off the 8 pin and replace it with a 14 pin female.  Then it will be perfect.

Have a CAT PC205 cold plane/mill and want to use on TAKEUCHI TL8 skid steer loader. Yes.   That will give you the electric controls for 4 functions but my understanding was that you needed those extra functions to run simutaneously to operate the functions in unison.  Not sure if what you have done will allow everything to work.

Yes.  This is the correct adapter.

Will this work on a Kubota svl95-2 to cat snowblower sr321

If the blower is an 8 pin Cat and the Kubota was ordered with enough controls.  Look in the end of the 14 pin on the Kubota.  If you only see 4 pins, this will not work and you should just use our control box (JCB-100) or wireless controller (WACT-6).

Yes.  This will work.

I want to run 8 pin cat attachments on a gehl that has 14 pin, will this adapter work? SG-BC14-CT8

It will work as long as the cat attachments are 3 line only.  If you see 5 lines, you will lose one set of functions since old Cat used a set of hydraulic controls for the extra functions and not electrical.

The machine side will work on the Case machine and I have no idea if it will work on the Simex.  It all depends on the original connector on the planer.  If it is really 8 pin, I cannot see it working unless it has the extra set of control hoses unless alos it does not have side shift control.  Yes, we ship to Malta.

Customer has T770 Bobcat and wants to run PC306B Cat planer on it. He has 14 pin harness on T770 alread. He just needs correct adapter to run planer on both Bobcat & Cat.Thanks

There is no adapter needed for this if he plans on operating it only on the Bobcat and not going back to a CAT. First watch video #100 in our video gallery so you understand how to move pins. In the attachment 14 pin connector, open the back of the connector. Move Pin A to G and J to H. Check to see that there is no Pin K installed. For CAT this is a ground pin and Bobcat it is a +12 volt pin. You need to push this pin back into the connector if it is present or you will short out your ACS circuit and blow the fuse. Assemble the connector and get to work.

Our customer has recently purchased a new CAT 242D Skid Steer (9 pin) and would like to use a broom attachment from our Bobcat skid steer with 7 pins (male). Please advise what adapter harness do we need to get the CAT 242D skid steer to run the broom. Thank you.

He will need to purchase a harness. Please order SG-BPH-14-4-9DP. Verify the connectors whether they are Deutsch or Delphi and make sure you have adapters.

The picture shown for 8 pin connector does not look like 8 pin connector we have on Harley power rake; we have 3 pins in top row then 2 pins in middle row and 3 pins in bottom row. We need to go from 8 pin to 14 pin Kubota

The picture shown is definately an 8 pin on the output side going to the attachment while the machine side is a 14 pin which will plug into your Kubota.

That is not correct. That part number says Bobcat machine to Cat Attachment. Bobcat attachments require bypass harnesses. Please read the follwoing FAQ's.

Bobcat does not use 8 pin.  It would be a 14 pin (OLD) or from 2000 a 7 pin CAN control plug.  What brand of shear has this type of control.  Send me the brand and some pictures of what you are looking at please?  If it really has a CAN controller, we would need to swap in a new harness to his attachment.

I have a Eurocomach 19SK skid steer. It has a 14 pin and I'm trying to connect it to an Erskine snowblower with an ASV 8 pin. I'm sure you're not familiar with Eurocomach, but how do I send you pictures for your opinion? I think this harness will work.

Unless you are going to operate it back and forth between a Cat 8 pin machine and your Kubota, I would just change the harness out and forget about the 8 pin.
