You are seeing a drop in price of 50% because we designed our own dust caps that are nicer and cheaper than the original Deutsch dust cap.  We always pass the savings onto our customers.

NOTE: This dust cap follows the original Deutsch design specification so it fits only Deutsch HD series connectors.   It does fit Amphenol after a work in.  In other words it fits tightly to start.
