Another one of my tools that I am releasing to the general public. People are amazed by how quickly I can troubleshoot their issues. It comes down to having the right tools and knowing how to use them.
I made several of these up decades ago and they were my go to device in my toolbox. The reason was that I was usually alone trying to troubleshoot attachment operation with our harnesses and controllers. I finally got around to having them engineered and putting them into production.
You can own one of these clever devices and easily troubleshoot whether your controls are making it to the attachment valve. Simply unplug the connector from the attachment valve, plug in our tester and push the control buttons to verify if your circuit is working. So simple.
Using this tester also made it much faster for me to figure out if the machine controls were working and how they were mapped to the buttons in the cabs. It maps every wire connected to is so you have visual feedback on which button to push. I also like to plug the wire back in and see what function that button performs and then using a Sharpie, write on the solenoid. Makes life so much easier if I ever need to troubleshoot the operation in the future.
