Repair or Consultation Service

Many people have asked if it is possible to have Rob consult or repair their equipment.  We have added this payment portal in increments of $50 per 10 minutes to help you pay for this service.  When you first speak to us, you will be given a price and you can pay in $50 increments.  This means if we tell you $150 you will choose 3 increments to pay us $150.

If you are returning a product for repair, please make sure you use that address so that we know where to ship the repaired product back to.
