SG-CB-6014 - Genius 7 Pin (6 Output) Controller For Bobcat® Loaders, Toolcat & Versahandler - 6 Port | Skid Steer Genius
New for 2021. Our controllers are getting smaller and smaller.
This is a true Genius Controller designed for solenoid controls only. Our customers spoke and we listened. You asked us to create a 14 pin output connector style controller so you could plug 14 pin attachments directly to your Bobcat® machines without using a box control and we listened.
Here it is. The new 6014 controller. It is a 6000 series, 6 output controller with a 14 pin connector pinned the old fashioned way. Using the old Bobcat 14 pin layout which works with Takeuchi, Gehl, Kubota, Mustang, Case and Cat attachments up to 6 controls plugs K pin power.
Programming: This new controller will allow the user to program the momentary circuits to be latching if desired. Because of over current issues with your machine, you can program one out of each switch group only to be latching. Once you set these settings, they will hold inside the controller and you will not have to set them each time you start your machine. You will be able to change them at will for different attachments.
- A1/A2 - Pin C/D one can latch while the other will remain momentary. These two functions do not work on Toolcat, Versahandler and hand foot control machines.
- B1/B2 - Pin E/F one can latch while the other will remain momentary.
- C1/C2 - Pin G/H one can latch while the other will remain momentary.
This adapter is specially designed to plug into any Bobcat® 7 Pin connector and allow the operator to run up to 6 x 12 volt solenoids directly from the stick controls of your Bobcat®. Works on Bobcat® skid steer loaders as well as Toolcat and Versahandler machines.
Takes about 1 minute to install. Is 100% plug and play. This configuration is for boom mount so you can use it over and over on any attachment that has up to 6 solenoids to control. This is complete and ready for plug and play directly into any Bobcat® branded machine. It has power, communication, and a port status indicator LED to show you that it is working and that it is receiving commands from the Bobcat® machine.
Throw away the crappy control box that the manufacturers supply and switch over to true machine controls.
Bobcat 2020+ Versahandler 923 - DOES NOT WORK WITH THIS MODEL BECAUSE IT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACD CONTROLLER.

This is correct. Make sure the connector on the attachment does not have Pin K installed.

I have a 2007 Bobcat T300 with joystick hand controls and a factory 7-pin harness. I am looking to run an older Bobcat/Melroe 90” dozer blade that is a 14-pin harness. Is this what I need or what is the best and most cost efficient option?
This is the correct adapter.
Is the CB-4014 / 4 output version no longer available?
Correct. There are limited parts so we can only build a few models this year. We opted for the 6014 because it covers more customers and runs more controls so there are fewer wiring issues.

Do you mean the internal wiring diagrams? There is an input and an output.
We are a dealer installing an attachment on the customers t870 that has a 14 pin harness. The adapter you supply to convert it is 745.00/ is that retail? Is there a dealer price? we have a ND resale tax permit number of 74885. we are looking at buying two of them. Are they avialable to ship next week> Thanks Dave Prairie Implement & Equipment Inc
1: If you already have a machine with a 14 pin harness, you do NOT need our adapter.
2: Yes, that is the retail price.
3: Dealers need to email firstname.lastname@example.org with a resellers certificate and W9 and we can set you up in our system.
4: Yes, we have hundreds in stock.
I have a 2012 Toolcat and I purchased a Erskine Attachments snowblower with a 7 to 14 pin kit, recently, the blowers joystick controls have become intermittent or non functional. Will a 6014 control work with this attachment?
If you have their 7-14 pin controller, then watch this as it teaches you about their fake SSG CAN controller and how we get calls like this all of the time because their controller either does not work or fails consistantly. Our controller has been proven to work for over 12 years and thousands of units in the field. Only if you physically have issues with your machine will it not work.
I have a 2019 t770. I bought the pro plus grading blade. Is this what I need to run this attachment? Thank you
Is that a Skeer? What plug is on it?
I have a Bobcat T595 7-pin and want to run a KwikWay v-plow 14pin w/2 Solenoids. Is this the correct Adapter?
Yes, this will work.
I am looking for a 7 to 14 pin adapter with 6 outputs wondering if they made such a thing
You have the correct item selected. 6014.
Wool this work on a 2021 Bobcat T66? And what switch in the machine makes the 5th and 6th function?
1991 bobcat 753 Have a bobcat v-blade snow plow, with 7 pin electric controller. Need the extra joystick and plug to control the functions.
The 753 won't have 7 pin control. The only simple way of doing this would be the following items. Are you sure that the machine has enough hydraulic flow to operate this blower?

Will the SG-CB-6014, run a Road hog planer with 14 pin harness on a Bobcat with 7pin harness? The roadhog has 6 coils on this attachment that move 3 cylinders both directions. The photo of your 6014 only shows 6 pins being used on the 14pin connector. I would have thought we would need at least 7 pins to control 6 different coils. Please let me know.
Yes it will work. There are 6 control pins and one keyed 12 volt pin plus ground. The sample I had for the photo was ugly so I used the 4 channel for photos. It is the same box and cabling. Just more controls.
will this work with a halverson 120 woodprocesser to a 2019 t-630 bobcat thanks
Yes but please read the Halverson FAQ so you have instructions.
Does this controller come with the magnetic mounts for the boom?
No because it is a lot smaller and can be zip tied to the hoses now.
I want to run a Cat PC306 Cold Planer (14-pin) on a Bobcat S650 (7-pin). Will SG-CB-6014 work, or is there a harness adapter you can supply?
The 6014 is correct. On the planer you will need to remove Pin K and move Pin A to G and J to H.
What is the wiring diagram from the 4 wires from the 6014 controller to the plug that plugs into the bobcat, the wires got ripped out of the connector and I just need to reinstall the pins into the plug
I have a 2020 Bobcat T870 with a 6014 trying to use a Caterpillar 2022 Harley Rake. The only controls working are the Hydraulic flow buttons on the Bobcat. It flashes green for the can bus and solid green for power. When I hit the controls the Harley rake doesn't respond but the controller turns red.
This means the controller is working. The rake should be spinning when you push the button. Here are the rules:
1: Cat and Bobcat run their hydrualics in the opposite direction. You must swp the couplers on the attachment hoses before yu try and operate it.
2: On your Bobcat right stick, you must push the trigger and lock the hydraulics on so the drum is spinning with your hands off the controls.
3: Push your control toggles. It's usually the up down controls on the left and right stick.
4: If this still does not work, send us a photo of the attachment connector so we can see which pins they are using for control.
I have a 2019 toolcat with a CID angle broom (14 pin connector). Is this the correct adapter? The one that my dealer sold me has a round barrel like the SG-CB-4008 but the pin configuration looks like the SG-CB-60DP8. The adapter had a green flashing light that no longer turns on and I cannot angle the broom anymore. Thanks
If the broom came with a 14 pin then this will work.
If your adapter does not come on, have you checked the fuse? They don't usually just dies unless they are physically damaged.
Bobcat s510 with 7 pin harness added after purchase going to a 6 pin trailer plug on a quick attach soil conditioner. What's the best way to get our stock joystick buttons to angle the attachment?
